Fantastic customer service. We had a small issue with our order but Matt and the team went above and beyond to fix it and not leave us inconvenienced. The workman ship was also fantastic on our new pet door. I would highly recommended Glass now.

I did a quote online, ( on a public holiday) they emailed me a quote the next day that was competitive and they organised everything. Product delivery etc Fantastic service and price - would definitely recommend to anyone.

Hi, I don’t usually do reviews but in this case I thought it would be appropriate to praise and highly recommend Glass Now. The gentleman that replaced our window today was efficient, professional and very approachable. The pricing is also great as I searched through at least 6 other major glass repairs companies and I made a considerable savings with this company. Thank you again and if I ever have a broken glass issue, I will be returning to your business as well as recommending you to anyone needing glass repair/replacement..

I would give Glass Now a 6 out of 5 stars. I spoke with Doug in the office, Grant the supervisor and John the installer. They were all prompt in response, the price was competitive and they carried out the work precisely as they said and on time. In fact they reduced the price of their quote (unasked for) to match a slight change in the job. It was only a small job but treated it with real professionalism. If they treat everyone this way they will have a very promising future. Ray

Absolutely fantastic service, I had 2 broken windows 1 in my bedroom the other was the front door. The bedroom window was replaced the same day, the y had to order in the front door glass but that are ij bed and was replaced a few days later. Thank you s o much for giving me piece of mind when leaving the house

Our store was broken into this morning at 4.37am entry was gained by smashing the 6mm laminated glass front doors. I rang Glass Now at 5:38am they had a tech here before 7;00 am and the job was finished glass replaced, mess cleaned before 8:00 am well in time to allow us to open and trade as usual. Excellent service, great job, thank you very much well done.Roy Wilson
